Museum of the Bible

If you're going into DC, this museum is a must! It was amazing to see the history of the Bible and how it has affected the world so much. The easiest way to get there is a metro stop right next to the building: Federal Center SW Metro Station. The food there is just okay, so you might want to eat somewhere else.
Manassas National Battlefield Park

The Manassas battlefields are wonderful for those interested in Civil War history. We drive through them every week on our way to church, and I even took my senior pictures here!
Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center

This air and space museum is close to the Dulles Airport and easier to get to than the one in DC. I took Lance there during spring break last year, and he absolutely loved it.
