Jay and TJ met in college and have stood by one another through many moves and life events. Jay could write a book about his adventures with TJ, but would rather just say “Boop.”

Wise beyond his years. Julie is proud to say "este es mi hermano!" Andrew plays a critical role in helping Julie keep things in perspective, and he is very good at making most things a little more beautiful.

Andrew Hughes

Co-founder of the Jay-to-Jay-Kick-Butt-Connection recess sports team in 1993. The Jays share a long, close friendship and enjoy traveling together to watch soccer.

Jay Moneymaker

Eldest of the four Hughes siblings, she's been bravely blazing trails her whole life. Mary is the Sun Child to Julie's Moon Child, and a wonderful example of the kind of mom that Julie someday hopes to be.

Mary Shull

Jay and Jeff met back in preschool (1991?), and their friendship has remained steadfast ever since. Jeff’s talents include dancing the Macarena and singing Dylan-esque folk songs.

Jess has been Julie's friend and loyal happy hour companion for almost a decade. She is known for her generosity and an inspiring drive to serve others. Jess is also the reason Jay and Julie met!

Jessica Miller

Jay lived in Kent’s house for nearly five years. Together with roommate (and officiant) Ben, they used to joke their life was a sitcom: Three Guys and a Dog. Kent was also influential in reconnecting Jay and Julie!

Daughter of Keri and Casey Stephens and niece of the groom. Brilliant, crafty, AND she's got great taste - our favorite kindergartner!

Harper Stephens

Son of Keri and Casey Stephens and nephew of the groom. His nickname may be Bam Bam, but watch out for the cuteness!

Nolan Stephens

Son of Mary and Trevor Shull and nephew of the bride. Alphabet prodigy and world's most adorable light/fan/clock aficionado!

Wesley Shull

Son of Mary and Trevor Shull and nephew of the bride. The newest (and most angelic!) member of the family.

Friend of the groom and former member of the Three Guys and a Dog crew in Nashville. Ben is the Teaching Minister at First Congregational Church in Greeley, CO.
