Leeseburg is a very popular area for weddings, so hotels book quickly. It is best to book your room as soon as you know you will be attending! We have reserved wedding blocks at two hotels, the Clarion and SpringHill Suites. Please be sure to book by the hotel's deadline to receive the discounted rate. The Clarion will be the main hotel for the weekend. We will provide a shuttle from the Clarion to and from the ceremony and reception at Birkby House. After the reception ends, Hunter and Julie will be hanging out at the Clarion’s bar for another hour or two.

Dulles Airport (IAD) the closest airport. By car, it is approximately 20 minutes from the Clarion and 15 minutes from SpringHill Suites. The Clarion is <<HOPING>> to restart their free shuttle service to Dulles Airport by November.

Reagan National Airport

Reagan National Airport (DCA) is closer to DC and a longer drive to Leesburg (approximately 50 minutes without traffic). If you prefer, you can take the Metro (subway) from DCA to the Dulles/Ashburn area (a bit over an hour, no more than $6) and then call an Uber/Lyft to the hotel (another 15-20 minutes).
