A dear best friend going back to freshman year of high school. We met in the alto saxophone section in marching band. Mike is like a brother, without the annoying sibling rivalry. We’ve had many great experiences over the last 25 years; roommates in college, roommates in Chicago, and traveling through South Korea, China, and Italy.

Another dear best friend going back to freshman year of high school, and mutual friends with Mike Yurgil. Chris was a trumpet player, obviously not as cool as the saxophones, but Mike and I still accepted him as a friend. Chris is also like a brother to me.

My third dear best friend going back to high school and, yes, he's like a brother. Blair wasn’t in marching band, but concert band, manning the contra-bass clarinet. Blair once taught me how to make distressed designer jeans using a clothes dryer, golf balls, and silverware. Now he’s a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Air Force!

I met Mike in 2006 through Mike Yurgil, when we were all living in Chicago. Mike and I became close friends over the years, going to too many live concerts to count and skiing in the Colorado mountains.

Ola is Dan's cousin. Both being only children, we were like brother and sister, appearing together in many home videos throughout the 80's and 90's, and spending many summers together in the US and Poland.
