Cocktail attire
We can’t wait to kick off the celebrations with our Welcome Party! Kids are more than welcome to join in the fun that evening. We’ll have dinner and drinks at the Welcome Party, so please let us know if you’ll be attending when you RSVP—we’d love to celebrate together! You’re welcome to come and go as you please throughout the evening. Please budget extra time for travel, it’ll be Rush Hour for most of you driving in. The property roads are packed dirt/gravel, so maybe leave the Lamborghini at home.

Welcome Drinks

We welcome you to arrive between 3:00pm - 3:30 pm to enjoy our pre-ceremony gathering where we'll be serving refreshments and live music.
Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Our ceremony will take place within a garden, surrounded by beautiful greenery and soft grass. We recommend wearing wedge or block heels to keep you comfortable while celebrating with us outdoors! And no worries—if you need a little help getting around, we’ve got you covered with a golf cart shuttle ready to cruise you in style! The forecast for the Lithia/Fish Hawk area that weekend is looking like: Highs around ~80°F, low around 65°F, with a chance of rain on Saturday, so a light jacket or wrap and maybe an umbrella wouldn’t hurt.
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
After we say “I do,” cocktail hour will be just a short walk away in a nearby outdoor area, where you’ll be able to enjoy drinks, Hors d'oeuvres, and the beautiful scenery with us.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
After cocktail hour, we’ll head just steps away to the indoor reception space, where we’ll continue the celebration with dinner, dancing, and plenty of unforgettable moments.
