Can I bring a date?

Check with us! We have a limited number of guests allowed, but we tried to accommodate as many as possible. Things may change closer to the date however, so we’ll try our best.

Where is a good place to stay?
Answer
Most hotels near our home are already booked for spring training. A lot of places to stay are more expensive because of spring training, the nice weather and pre-spring break vacations. I would recommend looking into Air BnB or look at hotels that are in central Phoenix. Vee Quiva Hotel and Casino is close to the venue but is pretty pricey and booked for most days around the wedding. Plan early!

Due to the venue limitations we ask that children under 18 not attend.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive in time for the ceremony to begin shortly after 4pm.

What should I wear?
Answer
We will be looking our best and you should too. Dress in something nice, good for a Phoenix evening in March and something you can dance in!

What kind of shoes should/shouldn’t I wear?
Answer
Your dancing shoes obviously! In all seriousness, the venue is outside at a ranch, and the ceremony takes place under a tree. Heels are strongly discouraged, and any open toed shoes may leave you with dusty feet.

Feel free to text Julie or Brian with questions prior to the day of the wedding. If you have questions the day of the wedding, you are on your own.
