The resort does not have an ATM. Please bring cash for booking excursions, purchasing goods from local vendors, and tipping. Beach towels are provided at the resort. I would recommend bringing a beach bag and outlet converter(s). In Saint Lucia, power plugs and sockets (outlets) of type G are used. There is a shop at the resort for any necessities such as sunscreen, OTC medication, etc.

Yes - there is a desk in the lobby of the resort where you can make all your dinner reservations. The restaurants (especially earlier times) fill up quickly so make the reservations at least one day prior if possible. There is a buffet style restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that does not require reservations. Don't forget to try the Jerk Treehouse for lunch - it's delicious!
There is no US cellular service in St. Lucia. Contact your provider about international plan options if you plan to use your cellular devices. The resort has Wi-Fi so your cellular devices will work without additional charge when you are connected.
Information/instructions can be found here: https://www.usa.gov/passport. Some countries and airlines deny entry if your passport expires in less than 6 months.
The resort provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Once you go through customs and exit the airport, you will see a stand for Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa. You will need to check-in with a member of the resort staff who will then load your luggage into a shuttle and off you go! When you check-in to the resort, you will need to provide the front desk with your return flight information. The front desk will provide you with the time of your return shuttle.
