What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for seating.

What's the ceremony/reception dress code?

Answer

Elevated Prom - dress your best. Formal, fun, and expressive. No jeans.

Can I check into the hotel early?

Answer

Official check-in on Wedding Day is at 4PM (we know… not ideal 😅). Some hotels may offer early check-in if you call ahead, so it’s worth asking!

Will transportation from the hotel be provided?

Answer

Complimentary shuttle transportation will be available before and after the wedding. Please meet at The Notary Hotel for departures at 3:45 PM and 4:00 PM, and return trips at Bok venue at 10:00 PM and 10:15 PM.

Parking at the hotel?

Valet parking is available for an overnight fee. We recommend ride-sharing or reserving nearby garage parking in advance (SpotHero, etc.) http://www.conventioncenterparking.com

The venue is located in a residential area with very limited street parking. Shuttle transportation or ride share is strongly encouraged.
