Question
May I bring my children?
Answer
Regrettably, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party for this event. Feel free to bring them to Charlottesville but unfortunately not to the planned events.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We are requesting guests come in black tie optional attire.

How do I get to the wedding venue?
Answer
Buses will be provided to bring guests to and from both hotels for the wedding. Uber and Lyft are not reliable in this area so please do NOT plan on using these services. You are welcome to drive yourself, as there is ample parking at the venue and the venue allows for guests to leave their cars overnight.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoor events (pending rain of course), and the reception will be fully indoor. The venue has both heat and air conditioning. There is also a backup option for an indoor ceremony in case of inclement weather.

Phone use in the ceremony
Answer
We are opting for an unplugged ceremony, please do not use your phone to take any photos during the ceremony. You are welcome to take as many photos as you would like during the cocktail hour and reception.

How do I RSVP and by when?
Answer
You will RSVP online, on this website, and by using the name on your invitation. You will need to RSVP by August 28th, 2024. Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP by this date, we will count you as not attending our wedding.
