Transportation
4:15 pm
The Draftsman Hotel -- Please load the bus at Stacey Hall (1105 W Main St, Charlottesville) - across the street from the draftsman. All 3 buses arrive for the Draftsman pick up by 4:15 p.m. Buses #1 + #2 loads + departs at 4:30 p.m. for Castle Hill Cider, arrive by 5pm Bus #3 loads + departs at 4:30 p.m. for the Holiday Inn Pantops to pick up additional wedding guests. Holiday Inn Pantops -- (870 Pantops Cor Wy, Charlottesville) Bus #3 arrives to the Holiday Inn Pantops Hotel by 4:40 p.m., load + depart by 4:45p.m. for Castle Hill Cider, arriving to Castle Hill by 5:10 p.m. If you are driving yourself, you will need to arrive at the venue at 5pm. Ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 p.m. If you are late for any reason, our wedding planner will have you wait until after the ceremony has begun to take your seat.

Buses will bring guests that have asked for transportation to and from Castle Hill Cider to and from The Draftsman and the Holiday Inn Express Pantops Hotel. Please check the website closer to the wedding date for exact times. If you are driving yourself, we kindly request that you arrive at Castle Hill by 5pm.
