Travel Note
Please note: our wedding venue is in a city neighborhood so there will only be street parking around the venue. We encourage you to take a cab, lyft/ uber, or public transportation so you don't have to worry about parking.
Flight
The Philadelphia Airport is southwest of the city. The easiest way to get into Center City (what we call downtown in Philadelphia) is to take a cab, Lyft or Uber. A cheaper option is to take the train, which runs every half an hour and costs $6.25. Here's a schedule http://www.septa.org/schedules/rail/pdf/air.pdf
Hotel
This is our recommendation if you want to stay in a hotel in Philly. It's located in Old City and if you are driving in, they offer valet parking for $28 a night. It's a 10 minute Lyft or Uber ride to our venue or 15 minutes on the Market-Frankford line. We reserved a room block. You should call to reserve your room and use the code 142683 or Boggs/Boorboor to get a discount.
Hotel
If you are driving in and looking for a hotel with free parking that is still close to the wedding, we recommend staying in this hotel in Cherry Hill. It is a 20 minute drive to our venue.
House Or Rental
If you plan to look for an AirBnB near the wedding venue, you should search in Fishtown, Northern Liberties, or Olde Kensington. All very fun neighborhoods for walking around and eating. If you don't mind staying farther away from the venue, check out South Philly neighborhoods like Passyunk and Queen's Village. Note: all these neighborhoods will be tough for parking (you'll find street parking you'll just need to drive around a bit). If you want an AirBnB with slightly easier street parking check out West Philly or Brewerytown (our neighborhood).
