WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

Answer

If you plan to attend the Welcome Party, we suggest arriving during the day on Friday, January 16. Please note that check-in is at 3:00 PM, and the Welcome Party begins at 8:00 PM. Guests are more than welcome to arrive before Friday.

DO WE NEED TO STAY AT THE CONRAD TULUM?

Answer

Of course not! We recommend that guests stay at the Conrad for convenience, as the Welcome Party will be held at the Conrad and transportation to the Ceremony and Reception will leave from the Conrad. Guests are welcome to stay at any accommodation of your choice. Please see the "Travel and Accommodations" page for information on other local hotel options.

DOES THE ROOM BLOCK REQUIRE A MNIMUM STAY?

Answer

Yes, the room block rates require a three-night stay. The rates will be valid from January 13, 2026, to January 22, 2026.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ROOM BLOCK RATE?

Answer

The room block rate includes all taxes and fees as well as complimentary breakfast at the Conrad's Arbolea restaurant.

IS THERE A DEADLINE FOR THE ROOM BLOCK?

Answer

Yes, the deadline to book through the room block is Monday, December 1, 2025.

Is there a limited amount of rooms?

Answer

Yes. We recommend booking your room as early as possible to ensure you can take advantage of the room block rate.

WHERE WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE held?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception will be held at Kima Tulum, a jungle estate located five minutes outside Tulum.

HOW WILL WE GET TO THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided to all guests attending the Ceremony and Reception. Shuttles will depart from the Conrad outside the main lobby beginning at 2:30 PM.

IF WE DO NOT STAY AT THE CONRAD TULUM, HOW DO WE GET TO THE WELCOME PARTY?

Answer

Guests who will not be staying at the Conrad Tulum will need to arrange their own transportation to the Welcome Party.

If we do not stay at the Conrad Tulum, how do we get to the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Guests who will not be staying at the Conrad Tulum will need to arrange transportation to the Conrad in order to board the shuttles departing for Kima Tulum. Due to the remote location of Kima Tulum, guests are strongly encouraged to use the shuttles provided.

IS THIS AN ADULTS ONLY EVENT?

Due to space limitations and the location of our venue, we kindly request that only adults attend.

WHAT is the weather like in Tulum in January?

Answer

January in Tulum is perfect—warm and sunny but not too hot. Average daytime temperatures range from 75 to 83°F.
