Welcome Party

8:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Dress code is tropical cocktail—think linen fabrics and bold colors, perfect for a beachfront night under the stars. Jackets for men.

Cocktails and light hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Black Tie—floor-length gowns; tuxedos with black bowties.

Transportation will be provided from the Conrad Tulum to Kima Tulum. Sprinter vans will depart at 3:20 PM. While the reception will continue until midnight, sprinter vans will be available to transport guests back to the Conrad Tulum.

Pool Day

12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Wear your best pool or beach attire—think swimsuits, cover-ups, and comfy sandals.

After a night of dancing and celebrating, we’ll be heading to the pool at the Conrad to unwind and soak up the sun. We’d love for you to join us as we relax and recover from all the fun!
