We would love to receive your RSVP one month before the wedding. Please respond by August 7th, 2025 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.
Due to venue capacity, we have limited our guest list. Each guest/household will have a specified number of seats indicated on their RSVP. For those invited to bring a plus one, please include their name on the RSVP. Additionally, we are only able to invite children of close family to our wedding. Guests under 18 that have been extended an invitation will be included in the RSVP. We hope you’ll understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.
The dress code is Garden Party Attire! This includes semi-formal or dressy-casual attire that's appropriate for an outdoor setting. This means comfortable, lightweight fabrics in flowing silhouettes or with whimsical details, and bright colors and florals that complement the natural surroundings. We encourage the usage of the following accessories: parasols, summer hats, fascinators, men's hats, and hand fans.
The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors. Please dress for your comfort for the outdoor ceremony as the weather in early September may be hot.
Doors will open at 1:30pm and close at 2:00pm when the ceremony begins, so we highly recommend getting to the venue between 1:30pm-1:50pm There will be limited seats for the ceremony, so show up on time if you prefer to sit!
Yes, parking can be found in front of the venue. Guests are encouraged to carpool and arrange transportation to and from the venue.
During the ceremony please refrain from taking any photos or videos as we will have a professional photographer capture this moment. During the reception, we encourage personal photography during these hours. Any photos posted to social media can be tagged at our wedding #J&MWedding or tag the bride (Instagram: puzzlepandaplant) and groom.
Please indicate any dietary restrictions on your RSVP, we will work to accommodate your needs!
We have reserved an Airbnb for selected guests, but space is limited. Please contact the bride and groom for information. All other guests are welcome to make any accommodations they would like. There are many hotels located nearby (Kyle and Buda) and the venue is just 12 miles from downtown. A Google search of “hotels near Hummingbird House” will produce many results.
If you'd like to help us start our married life, we've included a registry on the wedding website. We also have an online space where you can contribute to our honeymoon fund if desired.
