The Wedding Website of Tara Shaghafi and Julian Mileta
We are so excited to bring our closest friends and family to Julian’s home country of Croatia to celebrate our wedding! Our wedding festivities will kick off with a welcome party on July 1, followed by the wedding on July 2, and a farewell seaside celebration on July 3. Known for its sparkling sea, lavender fields, ancient cobblestone streets, and laid-back Mediterranean glamour, Hvar is a place that is deeply special to us. We can’t wait to share this stunning corner of the world and unforgettable memories with you.

Flight

Flying into Croatia

The most convenient and best connected airport in the area is Split airport. It is one of the busiest airports in Croatia, offering a lot of flights during the season. From the Airport to the Port: Split Airport is a quick 30 minute drive to the Split Port. There are regular shuttle buses that can get you there, but the most convenient way is to get an Uber or taxi. From the Split Port to Hvar (50 minute ride): A wide variety of companies offer speedboat and ferry transfers between Split and Hvar, making it easy to find an option that suits your schedule and style. We suggest the following: Jadrolinija (www.jadrolinija.hr) TP Line (www.tp-line.hr/en/) Krilo Kapetan Luka (www.krilo.hr/en/) For guests staying at a Suncani Hvar hotel: The hotel will send you a transportation form to collate your flight details and arrival/departure times. This will allow you to book your party's car and ferry service each way. You can also contact transfers@suncanihvar.com to make your transportation arrangements via email Your driver will greet you at Split airport and bring you to the port to board your ferry. When you disembark in Hvar, a hotel representative will meet you and assist with your baggage. For transportation questions or scheduling car/ferry service from a different location other than Split, please email transfers@suncanihvar.com directly. It is also possible to arrange a private taxi boat for you. We recommend Segorent Yachts (www.segorentyachts.com) If you are already in Croatia: From Dubrovnik: The easiest way to get to Hvar from Dubrovnik is to hop on one of the ferries. The same companies that provide ferry services from Split, provide them from Dubrovnik. From other islands: Hvar is also connected via ferry to the following islands: Brac island Korcula island Lastovo island Vis island Mljet island
