Welcome to Hvar! July here is pure Mediterranean magic. Expect warm, sunny days around 80–85°F (27–29°C). Evenings can be balmy but sometimes carry a cooler coastal breeze, so we recommend bringing a light layer so you can comfortably enjoy your evenings.

When should I book my travel?

We recommend booking early to take advantage of the best rates and availability. Our guests receive a 20% discount at all Sunčani Hvar hotels, the information is on the "Accommodations" page. We also recommend checking out Airbnb for additional options. If you have any questions, just reach out to the bride and groom!

If I need to renew my passport, when should I do that?

Answer

As soon as possible! Many countries, including Croatia, require your passport to be valid for at least 3 months beyond your travel dates. Processing times can vary, so we recommend renewing early to avoid any last-minute stress.

Do I need a car in Hvar?

Answer

No, the town of Hvar is super easy to navigate on foot. The welcome party, wedding venue, and recommended hotels are all within a 10 minute walk from one another and from the port where your ferry will arrive to the island.
