Although we adore your children, we kindly request no children at our wedding. We want you to relax, enjoy, and celebrate without worry—it’s your night too!

May we take video or photographs of the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put away phones and cameras during the ceremony. Your presence and attention are the greatest gift you can give us. We’ve hired wonderful photographers to capture the day. All we ask is that you relax, enjoy, and let them do the clicking while you soak in the joy.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask our guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will ensure everyone is comfortably seated and ready, as we’ll be starting right on time to keep the celebration flowing smoothly.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

San Marco Preservation Hall – Ceremony Our ceremony will take place at San Marco Preservation Hall. Parking here is limited, with only 12 spots available directly at the venue (accessible via Alford). To make the most of the space, we encourage carpooling whenever possible. Additional parking can be found along Arcadia Place and Minerva Avenue. Guests may also park along the Publix parking garage; please note this option may involve a longer walk to the venue. The Cady Club – Cocktail Hour & Reception Following the ceremony, we’ll continue the celebration with cocktail hour and the reception at The Cady Club. The venue is just a short 4‑minute drive from San Marco Preservation Hall. Guests are welcome to park under the I‑95 overpass, in the lots of nearby businesses, or directly in front of The Cady Club on Kings Avenue for convenient access.

What is the weather like in October in Florida?

October is, weirdly enough, a bit of a crapshoot. Fall is hands-down our favorite season, and we’d love nothing more than a crisp autumn wedding with temps in the 60s. But let’s be real—Florida does its own thing. So, we suggest keeping a close eye on the forecast in the days leading up to your trip to Jacksonville… and maybe pack both sunglasses and a light sweater, just to cover all the bases.
