A cozy tavern tucked right on campus (just a five‑minute stroll from Rowland House), Fargo pours local craft beers alongside hearty pub fare—think elevated burgers, crisp salads, and house‑cut fries. It’s a relaxed spot to grab lunch, toast an early pint, or unwind with a late‑night bite after the celebrations wind down. Chances are you’ll bump into fellow guests—and perhaps even the bridal party—enjoying a round together.
Bright Leaf Vineyard is located near the shore of Cayuga Lake, halfway up the sunny east side. Our 14 acres of vines are planted on a south-west slope in close proximity to the lake, to provide both optimal sun exposure (which hastens the ripening process of the grapes), and strong prevailing breezes that encourage ventilation for the vines. Bright Leaf Vineyard is really two vineyards, including an upper and lower field, divided by a quarry of Tully limestone, which runs north-south through the farm.
Heart & Hands is owned and managed by husband and wife team, Tom and Susan Higgins. We are committed to producing cool-climate wines which express the terroir of the Finger Lakes. We focus exclusively on Pinot Noir and Riesling, from which we create still and sparkling wines. We are a boutique winery, producing around 2,000 cases per year, which allows for an intense focus on quality.
Located on the east shore of Cayuga Lake just south of Aurora, Long Point State Park provides a boat launch, a playground, picnic areas, fishing access, lake access, 4.5 miles of hiking trails, and spectacular sunsets over Cayuga Lake.
