Where do I even begin?! Kaleigh and I have been best friends since the 6th grade. My favorite thing about Kaleigh is that she has always had my back. Through all of the crazy things life has thrown at us, she has always been there for me. Kaleigh and I grew apart in high school but we have come back stronger than ever and have continued to grow our friendship like no other. Kaleigh is the funniest, most caring, beautiful friend I could have ever ask for. The craziest part is her sister Taylor married my brother Justin... but we LOVE it. She's the sister I never had and I'm beyond thankful to have her as my forever best friend/sister. Kaleigh is by far the best friend I have ever had and I'm so excited to have her as my Maid of Honor and to be by my side on our special day!

Best Man

Jake and I have been the best of friends since I was in the third grade. I met him a week after our family moved to North Carolina back in 2005. We spent so much time together as kids and continued to spend a lot of time together all the way through the sophomore year of high school. Jake has been living in Colorado for about 8 years now. I have visited his beautiful state multiple times and we always pick up where we left off. Every time I see him, it is like we never separated. There are no dull moments with this kid and the love I have for him, as a best friend, is unmatched. He is caring and kind with a warm spirit. I have always looked at him as my brother. There are many memories we share that I won't forget. I'm deeply honored to have him directly next to me when I get married.

Tay and I hit it off as soon as Shain and I started dating. We share the same love for traveling and pineapple pizza. What more could I ask for?? Tay is by far the most caring person I've ever met. She is always looking out for other people and sharing the utmost amount of love. Having Tay by my side throughout mine and Shain's relationship has been so important to me. Tay and her husband, Tristan, are such an inspiration to us. Being a part of her wedding was such a special experience and I'm so lucky to have her as a part of mine!

Tristan Dunn

Best Man

From best friend to betrayal to brother. Tristan is a great man and someone that I'm deeply proud to call my brother-in-law. Most of you that know us, know our history and some of the drama we have gone through that was mostly my fault... but we won't get into that. Tristan and I came out of it stronger than ever and he has turned into a wonderful husband and father. He is funny, caring and loving. He has an incredibly hard shell that is difficult to crack. Once you break open the shell, it is nearly impossible for it to close. Tristan will be a best friend to you as long as you are willing to put in the work. He also has the perfect temperament to deal with my sister. I know, from 24 years of experience, what a handful she can be. I'm honored to have him as my second best man.

Taylor has been a huge part of my life for many years now. I met Taylor in the 6th grade when Kaleigh and I became best friends!! Taylor was always like a sister to me and when she started dating my brother Justin, we became even closer. She always has a positive mindset and is always so kind to everyone. Justin and Taylor got married in July of 2020 and I'm so lucky to officially be able to call her my sister!! She seriously has the best taste of style and is always up to date with the new trends. Taylor is a very important person in my life and I'm beyond excited to have her as a part of my wedding day!

This man right here... where do I start? I met him when I began dating Julia. He is the absolute life of the party and one of the craziest guys you will ever meet. He is always so much fun to be around and is very passionate towards his friends, family, wife, and dogs. I respect him greatly for that. I am happy that Julia has had such wonderful brothers to look after her all her life, no matter how many stories I've heard about them teasing her. I am excited to eventually call Justin my brother and am proud to have him as one of my groomsmen.

I met Alissa almost 10 years ago when she started dating my brother, Jonathan. Alissa and I instantly clicked and always had such a good time when we were together. Alissa actually knew Shain before I did and introduced us in 2015. The one thing I love so much about Alissa is how selfless she is. Alissa is always putting other people first and making sure that everyone else is taken care of before herself. Alissa has been here through some tough times in my life and I'm beyond lucky to have her today. I have always wanted the love that Alissa and Jonathan have, and I'm so lucky that I finally found it. I could go on and on about my love for Alissa. I can't wait to have her in our wedding!

The eldest of the three siblings and another tough nut to crack. Jon is a quiet, peaceful soul. I'm not sure that I have ever seen him get truly angry, but I know that the passion is there. I have seen the love that he shows for his wife, Alissa, and I am thrilled to one day call him my brother. He is sneakily funny and always knows how to have a great time with his friends. I am excited to have him up there with me as one of my groomsmen.

Abby is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Hanging out with Abby usually includes drinking Starbucks, eating Chick-fil-A, and playing games. Abby is truly one of a kind. I specifically remember the night before Taylors wedding we slept in the same room and barely got any sleep because we stayed up all night laughing. My girl Abby always lights up a room. I'm so lucky to gain another sister-in-law that I'm so close with. Abby definitely brings life to the party. I can't wait to have Abby stand by my side!

Aaron Peterson

This little man means so much to me. I love my brother with all that I have. Aaron is one of the smartest kids that you will ever meet. His intelligence genuinely surprises me sometimes. He is also extremely caring and loving towards his family. He has an incredible ability to think of some of the most amazing gifts for his family. I am so proud of the man that Aaron is going to turn out to be. I see a lot of myself in him, especially the good looks. I am very excited to experience this once in a lifetime day with him as one of my groomsmen.

Although I'm the youngest out of all of the kids in the family, Rachel was always looking out for me. Even though she probably hated playing with me when we were kids, it turned into a close relationship that I'm so thankful to have. Rachel is always one step ahead and planning what's next for her future. Rachel has always given me the best advice and I'm so grateful for that. I'm beyond excited to have Rachel as a bridesmaid!

Zach Sharp

This man always knows how to have a good time. I've known Zach since the early days of high school and we have been good friends ever since. It was somewhat of an unlikely pairing, but our personalities seem to mesh well together. Zach is hilarious and can always brighten the mood. He is a great person to have around and he will do a great job to make sure that my, and Julia's, wedding is a ton of fun. I am grateful to have him as one of my groomsmen on my big day.

Dani and I have been so close since we could walk. I remember being little girls and playing with dolls, going shopping with our Nanny, and staying up late past our bed time like it was yesterday. Dani and I are always laughing when we're together. My favorite thing about Dani is her contagious smile. She is the most hardworking, beautiful, and caring person. I'm so proud of Dani for all of her accomplishments in life. Even though we live 6 hours away from each other, it has been so much fun growing up with her. There is never a dull moment with Dani! We're cousins, but we always wished we were sisters. I'm so excited to have Dani stand by my side!

I have known Codte since middle school and our friendship continued to grow through high school and after. He is sneakily hilarious. He can be somewhat quiet when he is around a new crowd but, once he opens up, he is the funniest person you will ever meet. He does a great job at keeping all of us entertained when we are together. He is intelligent and driven. I admire him as a person and I cannot wait to have him up there with me as one of my groomsmen.

Jordan and I have been super close for about two years now. What's so awesome is that we work together and share the same love for Dentistry! My favorite thing about Jordan is how she never gives up. She is one of the most sincere friends I've had and always tells it how it is. Jordan is so loyal and trustworthy. Outside of work Jordan and I love to go out to local bars and go shopping! Jordan has the most beautiful daughter, Ainsley. It has been such a joy watching Ainsley grow and to see Jordan be the best mom ever. I really hope that one day I'm at least half the mom that Jordan is. I can't wait to have Jordan by my side on our big day!!

Jacob is the newest friendship I have out of the whole group of groomsmen, but he quickly became one of the people I have the strongest friendship with. I definitely think of him as a brother to me. I have spent a lot of time with Jacob over the last few years and we always make each other laugh with some of the dumbest jokes. We can talk about anything to each other. From joking around to talking about the most serious topics, we can easily go back and forth. I hold him in high esteem and I know that I can always go to him when I need some solid advice. One thing you need to know about Jacob is that he loves singing... even though he isn't that good. I am ecstatic to have him as one of my groomsmen on my wedding day.
