When should I RSVP by?

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love for our guests to wear formal attire! The cocktail hour is set to be outside (weather permitting) and both the ceremony and reception will be inside.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, there is free lot and street parking at St. Maria Goretti. For the reception, the Monona Terrace owns a parking garage that can be accessed either on John Nolen Drive or Wilson Street. Current rates are $5 per car, but are subject to change.

Where should I stay?

Answer

If you plan to stay downtown overnight, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace, which is directly adjacent to our reception site. Please call them for the Schiller-Nameth hotel block no later than April 20th, 2025 for the best rate. We encourage you do this as soon as you can as our wedding falls on a holiday weekend! We have also reserved a block of rooms at the DoubleTree Hotel Downtown Madison which is approximately 1 mile away from the reception site. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Are my kids welcome/Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

When you search for your name on the "RSVP" page of our website, you will be able to RSVP for all members of your party. Please refer to that page or to your mailed invitation to see who is included in your party.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be so missed! Please RSVP as soon as possible for us to plan accordingly.
