Check in time is 4:00pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.

How do I book a hotel room at La Mer with the room block rate? When is the room block cutoff date?

Answer

Please use the link under "Accommodations." Alternatively, please call La Mer to reserve to receive the room block rate! The phone number is 800-644-5004 and choose option #1 for reservations. Then provide the La Mer agent with the name of the event "Cascerceri Meade Wedding" & the dates Friday, November 6, 2026 - Sunday, November 8, 2026. He/she will then walk the guest through the booking process. Rooms will be held & available for reservations until Wednesday, October 7, 2026.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm. Please show up at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside events weather permitting. The reception will be indoors.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

La Mer is a one-stop shop and guests will not need to move locations for the entirety of the wedding! Parking is included at La Mer for all wedding guests.
