The two best airports to fly into would be the airport Leonardo Da Vinci/Fiumicino Airport in Rome
(FCO) or the Peretola airport in Florence (FLR). The best way to look for plane tickets in our
experience is just to search through Google Flights. When you do this, I would recommend using Incognito window in google chrome or inprivate window Microsoft Edge so that your cookies are not tracked when you search. This can keep your data from being tracked and airlines recognizing you are looking at a certain flight repetitively which could cause the price to raise. Looking at flights through Google Flights allows you to see prices from different airlines and different search engines all in the same place. We recommend searching for flights around 6 months in advance and booking no later than 2 months in advance. This time window will give you the best price options.
