The resort is approximately 30 minutes from the Cancun International airport. All flights should fly into the Cancun, Mexico airport (CUN). Once you arrive at the Cancun airport, you will exit by baggage claim to find your transportation to The Hyatt Ziva, Cancun. If you booked with our travel agent, they will have a driver waiting for you with clearly marked signage. **Tip: If you arrive before your check-in time, you can use all amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.) Pack a small bag to utilize the resort while you wait for your room
