To reserve a room at our rates/in our block, you must put down a deposit of $200 per adult. The deposit is refundable to guests up until July 1, 2024. (Between July 2, 2024 & July 25, 2024 the deposit becomes non-refundable with cancellation) 2nd Deposit: 50% of the total room cost is due July 26, 2024. (Between July 27, 2024 & August 29, 2024 the 2nd deposit becomes non-refundable with cancellation) Final payments must be submitted by August 30, 2024. **If guests want to set up a payment plan, the travel agency can do that! You will need to make your initial deposit, and they can work with you to set up a payment plan that meets your needs!**
Yes! Hyatt Ziva is very family-friendly, and kids are invited. However, there is also an adult-only area for a more quiet experience.
Due to the nature of the all-inclusive resort, there is a $180 fee associated with being a guest on the property. Additionally, there would be the added cost of transportation, and we want you to participate in all the wedding activities. Ultimately, this is an option, but we recommend staying at Hyatt Ziva with us.
