Flight
Atlanta's airport (code ATL) is the home of Delta, so Delta flights are plentiful.
Train
There are a couple of ways to get from the airport into the city. One is to take an Uber or Lyft. It's a 12-mile drive to Midtown from the airport. However, if you are arriving during rush hour (3pm-7pm) we would advise against this. Atlanta traffic is legendary for a reason. Ask any ATLien at the wedding for their Snowpocalypse story. If it's rush hour we would recommend taking the train, Marta, into the city. Go to baggage claim and you should see signs directing you to Marta. You will be able to enter the airport station directly from baggage claim. One one-way ride is $2.50. You will want to take the red or gold line north to the Midtown station. It should be about a 30-minute ride.
Rental Car
In our very humble opinion, we don't think getting a rental car is absolutely necessary for this weekend. All activities will take place in the city and Uber and Lyft are plentiful. If you do drive around Midtown, parking can be tough and usually not free. However, it's totally up to you!
