What will the weather be like?

The historical average for weather in Marblehead in August is a high of 80, and a low of 60. It will be humid and on the ocean. Weather in New England can be unpredictable, so please mentally prepare for the potential of rain.

What should I wear?

Answer

Wear something that makes you feel your best and is weather and dancing appropriate! Think cocktail formal. For footwear, the ceremony is in a church, and the reception is on grass by a rocky beach. Block heels or flats are recommended.

Although we love our little ones, the ceremony and reception is an adult only affair. Please reach out if you are are in need of childcare options. Kids are welcome to the Saturday Brunch and closing ceremony.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at St. Michael's Church before 3:30pm, when our ceremony begins. Parking is very limited in Marblehead, and the streets were designed in the 17th century. If you plan on driving, please park at Goldthwait Reservation between 2:45-3:15 for transportation to St. Michael's Episcopal Church.
