What's the wedding dress code?

The dress code for the wedding is formal.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the church ceremony and the reception will be held indoors.

Are there accommodations near the venue or hotel room blocks?

Answer

We've reserved room blocks at both the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg, Chicago and the Hyatt Place Chicago/Hoffman Estates. Please see the Accommodations page for details on how to book your room and receive our reduced rate.

Can I bring additional guests? Are children welcome?

Answer

Due to the limited venue space we cannot accommodate additional guests beyond those named on the wedding invitation and RSVP page. We hope you understand our decision.

Is there parking available near the venues?

Answer

Both St. Hubert Catholic Church and Concorde Banquets have their own dedicated parking lots and all parking is free.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue and reception?

Answer

We are not providing transportation, but the venues are easily accessible via Uber/Lyft and taxis.

Are the wedding venues accessible?

St. Hubert Catholic Church and Concorde Banquets are both wheelchair accessible but if you'd like more information or require additional accommodations please reach out to us directly at jwez2026@gmail.com.

How early can I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 15 to 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat. For the cocktail hour, the venue will be open by 5:45PM CST.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There'll be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the cocktail hour and reception.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please indicate in the designated section of your RSVP what dietary restrictions or allergies you have and we will make sure an entrée is prepared that meets your needs.
