This charming hotel was recently renovated with entirely new rooms and decor. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and directly in the heart of Menton, the location is central, very convenient for all of the wedding festivities and will give you a real taste of Menton! We have reserved all 33 rooms - when booking, just tell the hotel you're with the Geldzahler/Muller wedding party to receive a special rate of €110 per night (with breakfast included!) Upon booking, a one night deposit is needed with a full refund/cancellation possible up to 2 months before your stay. HÔTEL NAPOLEON - $$$

Closer to the border of Italy, Hotel Napolean overlooks the beautiful Mediterranean with mountains above. With a pool, gym, and hotel bar open 24 hours, the hotel is designed with art and inspiration from treasured Menton artist Jean Cocteau. This hotel is a bit further from the center of town relative to the Chambord, but it is a beautiful 15 minute walk along the water to the town center. When booking, just tell the hotel you're with the Geldzahler/Muller wedding party to receive a special rate of €168 per night for a mountain view and €208 per night for a sea view. Villa Genesis - $$$$

Villa Genesis is a beautiful, luxurious 5 star boutique hotel with 30 rooms and a quick 4 minute walk to the beach. While it is the furthest walk from the Friday welcome party, guests will be able to accommodate booking a car through the hotel or one of the services listed in the FAQ page (or enjoy a beautiful walk along the water or through town :)). Hôtel Princess et Richmond - $$

Princess et Richmond is a seaside hotel with several rooms and suites with a sea view. The hotel is a 5 minute walk into town and offers a roof deck and gym. When booking, just let the hotel know you're with the Geldzahler/Muller party to receive a special rate of €165 per night for an ocean view (and €140 for a mountain view) with breakfast included! Upon booking, a one night deposit is needed with a full refund/cancellation possible up to 48 hours before your stay. HÔTEL Riva Art & Spa - $$

Hotel Riva is a small family-owned hotel between Menton and Roquebrune Cap Martin, with most rooms having a sea view and balcony. The hotel has a sun deck with lounge chairs, a jacuzzi, steam room, and 2 massage rooms. When booking, provide the code WEDDING RIVA to receive a special rate of €150 per night for an ocean view (and €140 for a mountain view) with breakfast included! Hôtel Riva is also next door to Hôtel Princess et Richmond. Upon booking, 30% of the total amount of the stay is needed by 2/15/22, with a second installment of 30% by 4/1/22 and the remaining balance due by 4/30/22. You will be able to cancel with a full refund no later than 3/1/22. HÔTEL L'Orangerie - $$

If you want to get a sense of the old palace hotels of Menton (where European royalty flocked to in the old days), stay at the Hotel Orangerie. With over 100 rooms, the hotel also has a beautiful garden as well as a bar and breakfast room. The rooms have been renovated with accents of orange throughout, inspired by the orange trees in the garden. There is no special rate at this hotel for our wedding party, so feel free to make a reservation directly on their website to make sure you get the best rate for your room. Travel Note

Airbnb + VRBO

Menton has several beautiful Airbnb and VRBO rentals available. If you decide to go this route, we recommend choosing one within walking distance to the center of town, as taxi service is limited, can be unreliable and take a long time (unless you choose to reserve a car service in advance). Uber is still fairly new to the area, so there are not always cars available. Feel free to reach out to Julia and Drew who can help advise if your Airbnb/VRBO is in a good location!
