Heads up! NASCAR will be in town the same weekend as our wedding. We encourage you to book accommodations as soon as possible, as hotels are filling quickly and rates will be higher than usual. For those not familiar with the area, please keep in mind that Bay Area traffic can be unpredictable. We suggest allowing some extra time for travel since we expect heavier traffic in the area with NASCAR in town. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Shuttle Details

June 26, 2026 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

There will be a shuttle service from the Embassy Suites Hilton to the venue and back. Please board the shuttle in front of the hotel at 4 PM for transportation to the wedding venue. We recommend arriving by 4:30 PM for a prompt 5:00 PM ceremony. Shuttles will run between the venue and hotel throughout the evening, with the final departure from the venue at 11:00 PM.
