By when should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that everyone RSVP as soon as possible. The final date for responses is October 16th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We request that guests arrive for the ceremony by 2:45, so that everyone can be comfortably settled when the ceremony begins at 3 pm.

Is this happening indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will be outdoors in the beautiful countryside! That means autumn weather, so extra layers are encouraged! We want our guests nice and cozy.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our headcount accurate, we kindly ask that you only bring a guest if you were given an option of a plus one on your RSVP.

Is transportation provided to / from the ceremony?

Answer

Indeed there is! For a safe and convenient option, we have a shuttle picking up at the Hyatt Park Place in Davis, and returning there at the end of the night. Please let us know whether or not you would like to take the shuttle when you RSVP!

If I drive, is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you choose to opt out of the shuttle service, there is limited parking available at the venue. Thankfully, vehicles left overnight can be picked up the next day.

Can we Uber/Lyft to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Well, yes and no. Our venue is quite a ways out of town, so while Uber/Lyft will drop you off at the venue, they do not pick up from there.
