Cameron and Julia met at work. Julia was working as an Interior Designer and Cameron was hired on to the same company two years later as a Junior Architect. After a year or so of trying to ignore the obvious chemistry, their friends had had enough. One night at happy hour, their friends "encouraged" the first date. The persistant friends were right, and Cameron and Julia have been happily together ever since.

One sunny Sunday afternoon in September 2018, Cameron and Julia had planned to go on a picnic. Julia was feeling a bit under the weather, but figured that lying on a couch and lying on a blanket in the park were about the same thing. After picking her up at her house, Cameron tried to throw Julia off by setting up a series of red herrings. He recreated their 1st Valentine's date together by taking her to the same park and bringing along fruit and wine. At the park, he gave her a card (it was around their 4-year anniversary) and in the card was a luggage tag inscribed with what would be Julia's new initials. After reading the card and seeing the tag, he pulled out the ring. Best of all, Cameron's friend was diligently hiding in the bushes and was able to capture the exact moment in a picture.
