Question

How do I find the cocktail hour/reception area at the hotel?

Answer

When arriving to the Hilton do not drive up to the main entrance/lobby, instead, continue driving east past the first driveway, towards the intracoastal, follow signs for "Olive and Sea" and you'll find a second driveway/valet area. This is the entrance for the cocktail hour area/ballroom where the reception will be held. If asking hotel staff for directions, tell them you are looking for the entrance to the intracoastal ballroom!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire for this event is formal. Men may wear a suit & tie or tuxedo and women may wear floor length or tea-length dresses.

What is parking like?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available on both the north and south sides of the church. There will be free valet parking available at the hotel/reception venue for guests that are NOT staying overnight. The reception entrance and valet area is East of the hotel lobby entrance, look for signs for "Olive & Sea." It is not the same valet area as the main lobby entrance! You may ask for the entrance to the "intracoastal ballroom" or Olive and Sea.
