Below you will find the hotels at which we will have room blocks. A wedding shuttle between the wedding venue and these hotels will be offered. We highly recommend you book a room at either of the hotel options. More detailed information on the shuttle below. For anyone that is looking to stay a little closer to the venue and will not be needing the shuttle to get to the wedding, the Augusta Guest house or the River House are both fantastics options as well. We suggest looking into airbnb options in the Augusta area as well. *If you do choose to stay somewhere closer to the venue, please bear in mind that you will have to drive or carpool to the wedding venue because Uber is not available in the town of Augusta as it is a very small town. It is about a 5 minute drive to the venue and parking is available.*

Flight

Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky International Airport

If you choose to fly in, we recommend flying into the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport as it is the closest airport to the venue. Travel time from the airport by car is 14 minutes to our recommended hotels and 50 minutes to Augusta. Alternatively, you can fly into the Bluegrass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky. Please note that Augusta is about 90 minutes from Lexington by car.

We just want to make sure we’re emphasizing there you will not find an Uber in the town of Augusta so if you are flying in, please plan accordingly whether it be a rental car or making use of our wedding shuttle.

Wedding Shuttle Information

May 31, 2025 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

We are excited to inform you that our wedding shuttle will depart from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati South in Wilder. If you're staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites Wilder or elsewhere in Cincinnati, please allow extra time to reach the Holiday Inn, as we want to ensure everyone arrives comfortably. The shuttle will leave promptly at 3:30 PM to guarantee you arrive on time at the venue. After the celebration, the shuttle will depart the venue at 11:00 PM (not any earlier), providing transportation exclusively to the Holiday Inn and Suites.
