FAQs

Question

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

We will be sending out formal invitations in the fall with the RSVP deadlines noted.

Question

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

We love all of your little ones but due to capacity restraints have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration with the exception of close family. We kindly request that you bring only children that are included on your invitation.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly invite guests to dress in formal attire for our wedding. For gentlemen, a suit and tie is perfect, though a tuxedo is also welcome if you're feeling up for it. For ladies, we suggest floor-length gowns or other polished evening wear. Think dressy, but not necessarily black tie! As our celebration will be taking place in the winter, we also encourage guests to dress warmly! Stylish coats, wraps, and layers are highly recommended for staying comfortable while traveling between venues.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that you only bring guests and/or plus ones as indicated on your invitation and RSVP form.

Question

Is there parking available at the venues?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel section of the website for more information on shuttles and parking.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

There is no shortage when it comes to hotel options in downtown Chicago! We have reserved hotel blocks at 2 hotels located in downtown Chicago, conveniently located near the ceremony location. See our travel section for more information.

Question

What should I do if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

When you RSVP, you will be prompted to input any dietary restrictions you have. If you missed this question in the RSVP you can either edit your response or email us at jbcurtis2026@gmail.com and we will make sure it is taken care of!
