When should I RSVP by?

The sooner the better but no later than October 1st!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive between 3:00 and 3:30 pm to leave time to be transported via tram from the parking lot to the Renaissance Court.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail to semi-formal attire. Keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside, weather permitting, so please check outdoor temperatures and plan accordingly. Also, guest seating for the ceremony will be on grass, so spiked heels may be a challenge. The bridal party will be in long gowns and tuxes.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the parking lot is adjacent to Rose Garden Hall where the reception will be held. The ceremony will be in Renaissance Court, an outdoor venue, and guests will be transported from the parking lot to the ceremony via tram. Guests will then be transported back to Rose Garden Gazebos and Hall for cocktail hour and reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from hotels to the ceremony.
