What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal: Ladies: leave the ball gown at home, but a nice dress will be perfect. Gentlemen: no tuxedos, but a suit, sport jacket, or collared dress shirt will fit the bill. Please bear in mind that you will have to walk across a grass field to reach ceremony site.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking is available on site at the venue. Someone will be present to direct you.

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

Answer

Unless previously discussed with bride or groom, please no children under 12.

Can I bring someone else with me?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone, but we want to keep our wedding an intimate event. Invitations are specifically for the people listed on the envelope. No "plus ones" or additional guests unless you have discussed it with the bride/groom and been told you can bring your guest.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence is gift enough, however if you're feeling generous, we have an online registry where you can contribute to our home renovation or honeymoon. If preferred, there we will also have a place for envelopes or cards at the reception.

Should I bring cash to pay for drinks?

Answer

The cocktail hour and reception will have an open bar until 10:30 PM, however the bartenders will be working hard and appreciate any tips.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guest arrival is from 4:00-4:30 PM. No guests should be arriving later than 4:30 PM.

Is transportation to and from the venue provided?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle service provided. There are multiple hotels within 15 minutes of the venue (see Travel page). Please plan accordingly, especially if you plan to consume alcoholic beverages.
