Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
The Wellshire is located on a golf course, attire will be similar to what one might wear at a nice dinner, or country club. There will be plenty of activities for guests including a mechanical bull, so please keep this in mind. Some general guidelines: Collared Shirts, Button Downs, Khaki's/Chinos, Denim is okay (no ripped denim), blouses, sundresses, and sandals or flats.

Where is the ceremony and phone policy?
Answer
The ceremony will take place at 4:30pm in the Windsor Room, at the Wellshire. Please plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to the start time, in order be seated and allow the evening to start on time. There will be a no cellphone policy in place, please turn off or place devices on silent prior to taking your seat. Reception will immediately follow, also at the Wellshire.

Will there be parking?
Answer
No need to worry, though the Wellshire is located in the heart of Denver, there is plenty of parking onsite, free of charge. Please park on the Southside of the building (northside is for the golfers).

Where do I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP via the website, as it helps us track who is attending. Each invitation is addressed to an individual who will represent themselves or their party. Please note when RSVP'ing once the addressee has entered their name, only the individuals listed for the group are invited to the wedding.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by May 30th, 2023 so that we may provide the headcount to the venue.

When will dinner be served?
Answer
Drinks and hors d'oeurves will be served during cocktail hours in the Onyx room from 5:00 - 6:00 PM MST, followed by the reception in the Cambridge Room. Dinner is expected to begin at 6:30 PM MST.

Will there be a hosted bar?
Answer
Yes, we plan to host a bar for a portion of the night, we have budgeted four to five drinks per guest, including alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, understanding that some guests may choose to have more drinks than others. Once the allotted amount of drinks have been used up, the bar will remain open but will convert to a cash bar.
