We have room blocks reserved for Thursday, April 24 and Friday, April 25. Our room blocks are available until March 25, 2025. Booking can be arranged by visiting the website below, or contacting The Loews via phone at 888-575-6397 and sharing our code (MCW425). Booking by phone is best if you'd like to extend your stay, or would like an upgraded room.
Shuttle
April 25, 2025 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
For those staying at The Loews Hotel, there will be ONE shuttle run from The Loews Hotel to IHM Church for the 3:00 PM ceremony. The church is a ~25 minute drive from the hotel. The shuttle will wait at the church, and return guests to The Loews Hotel after the ceremony.

A shuttle will pick up guests from The Loews Hotel and begin a loop to Cescaphe Ballroom, and back to The Loews Hotel from 5:30 PM - 6:45 PM.
