Question

Answer

Please see the "Travel" tab that is now available for your viewing

Question

How do I stay in the loop about festivities and transportation updates?

Answer

Join the WhatsApp Group we created for this exact purpose. We will be sharing updates and reminders for everyone attending. If you join early, we will also send updates regarding RSVP deadlines: https://chat.whatsapp.com/CE78JE8Rs3IK7qyMJvcyId

Question

What do I need to travel to Portugal?

Answer

You will need your passport and your passport should be valid for at least 6 more months when entering Europe. If your passport is going to expire soon, I would highly recommend getting an early start on renewing it. Starting in 2026, Brazilians, along with citizens of other countries with visa-waiver agreements, will need an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System) for short stays in Portugal. Applications for this can be found online.

Question

How do I get to Braga?

Answer

There are several ways! Our top recommendation is to fly into Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) and Uber to the hotel from there. If you choose to fly into Lisbon, there are various domestic flight and train options to Braga. Renting a car is also a great option if you want to explore Portugal along the way - the Lisbon airport is about a 3.5 hour drive to Braga city center.

Question

Should I rent a car?

Answer

Totally up to you! From our previous trips, we have found it easy (and most affordable) to order Ubers. However, we have always enjoyed renting a car and exploring Portugal! The roads are very easy and safe to navigate. Renting a car is definitely a great option if you plan to explore more on your own or extend your trip.

Question

Are our kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we would love to include every member of our families and friends, even the littlest ones, our venue is unable to accommodate children of our guests due to limited capacity. Wedding invitations will explicitly list the names of people invited.

Question

Are there any pre-wedding plans?

Answer

We will be having a welcome party for all guests on May 17, 2026. Time and location details coming soon...this will be updated on the "Schedule" tab

Question

What should I wear for the wedding?

Answer

Answer

Answer

Shuttles will be offered from the venue back to the hotel in Braga City Center. Times TBD. If you prefer to Uber or drive, that is an option as well. There is parking available at the venue for anyone that plans on driving. Address for venue is: Quinta Solar Da Levada R. Solar da Levada 28, 4720-059 Prozelo, Portugal
