Effective September 18th, the Kimmel Center will require all guests to be fully vaccinated and to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. “Fully vaccinated” means that a guest received their final COVID-19 vaccine dose at least 14 days prior to the event date. Guests will need to show security a physical copy or a digital photo of their vaccine card in order to enter the building. Please note, proof of a negative COVID test will NOT be accepted. Masks will be required upon entry to the Kimmel Center and in the venue's public spaces, like the lobby, but will not be required once in the private wedding spaces.
The DoubleTree Philadelphia Center City has a parking garage that offers overnight self-parking at $35.00 per vehicle. Valet is not offered at the hotel at this time. It is a 2-minute walk from the hotel to the venue. You can also pre-pay for a spot at two different garages through the Kimmel Center's website for around $30.00 per vehicle: https://www.kimmelculturalcampus.org/plan-your-visit/how-to-find-us/#parking Kimmel Center Garage is located on South Broad Street, right below the Kimmel, and Avenue of the Arts Garage is located on 15th Street between Locust and Spruce Streets.
No. We love your kids, but think you deserve the night off. To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the wedding. Thank you!
The ceremony will be held at 6:30PM in the same location as the reception, at The Kimmel Center in Center City. We will be getting married by Mr. Tom, a very close family friend who has known Julene and the Craley family for over 20 years!
No. The venue is a block away from the hotel. Walking will be the easiest and most efficient mode of transportation. If a vehicle is needed, we suggest using Uber or Lyft.
