How do I RSVP and when do you need it by?

You can RSVP on this website (better have a song request in mind when you do!) and please RSVP by September 20, 2024.

I have food allergies and/or a special diet, what should I do?

Answer

Dinner will be catered from Bibibop Asian Grill. It is 100% gluten free and peanut free with no MSG. Protein items will be served separately (vegan/ vegetarian friendly) including all white meat chicken and USDA organic tofu. For more dietary information visit https://bibibop.com/nutrition/. What is the weather going to be like?

Answer

Outdoors it will be sunny with temperatures in the mid to low 70s. Inside the barn there is a heater that warms the space nicely.

What should I wear?

Answer

The barn does not have central heat or air, although it does have fans for cooling and a fireplace for heating. Check out the "Outfit Ideas" tab for more information.

What's the parking situation?

Answer

There is a gravel parking lot in front of the barn. If necessary cars can be left there overnight but need to be removed by 10am Monday morning.

Are children welcome?

If your invitation says "& family" then your RSVP will include a spot for how many are coming and their names. If we made a mistake and missed you, feel free to reach out and we will try to accommodate them.
