Scottsdale is a renown travel destination for enjoying the sun and desert. There are many options for travelers, from world-class hotels, AirBNBs, and all of the brand names for you to choose from. We are making some rooms available for convenience and affordability nearby, especially as February is a very popular month and rooms can be pricey. Check back as we get agreements underway with one or more hotels.

There are many restaurants in the Scottsdale area. Here are a few of our favorites: - ZIPPS. This is a sports bar and grill located at 14148 N 100th Street in Scottsdale. - THE VIG. This is an American bistro-type restaurant located at 10199 E Bell Road in Scottsdale. - MAGGIANOS. This is an Italian restaurant located at 16405 N Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale. - GOLDIE'S SPORTS CAFE. Another sports bar and grill located at 10135 E Via Linda in Scottsdale. - VENETO TRATTORIA ITALIANA. An authentic northern Italian restaurant that is family- owned located at 6137 N Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale.

Workout locations

Most hotels have workout facilities but here are some we like that we use: PLANET FITNESS. It is where we go and is a couple of doors down from one of our favorite restaurants...Goldie's. It is located at 10105 E Via Linda in Scottsdale. They close at 10 p.m. weekdays and 8 p.m. weekends. (602) 362-2050. They offer a free day pass for the first visit and then a $10 drop-in fee each time after that. Bring a form of ID. CLUB PILATE - There are various sites in the valley. The closest one is located by Sprouts on Shea Blvd. 9301 E Shea Blvd Ste 127, Scottsdale AZ 86260 (480) 771-3774. They offer a $25 drop-in fee per class. Aquatic Centers - For beautiful outdoor heated swimming in world class facilities, the Scottsdale Aquatic Centers. We have 2 close by, with public lap swim hours and gyms. Pool and gym fee is $4 for non-residents. You can find the pools, schedules and lap availability times at ScottsdaleAZ.GOV (If you go swimming, tell Judianne, and she will very likely join you.) Cactus Aquatic Center - 23 lanes, 2 miles from the wedding location.
