Question
Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name on the invitation and when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony—please keep phones and cameras away during the "I do’s" so everyone can be fully present. Our photographer’s got it covered!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal dress code for the evening. We encourage everyone to dress to impress! Keeping in mind the Venus vibe and weather, but PLEASE no white.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive to the venue by 12:45, the ceremony will promptly begin at 1:00pm. If you arrive late- we ask that you wait till the ceremony is over to enter to avoid disruption during the ceremony.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoor, and the reception will be held indoor!

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “Will not attend”, so we can plan accordingly. If you already RSVP’d, but find that you can no longer make it, please notify Mia as soon as you are aware.

Please RSVP by October 13th, 2025! This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can plan accordingly.

Are children invited?
Answer
We love your little ones, we really do! However, unless they are specified on your invitation, we respectfully request no little ones on the night! We hope you can take this opportunity to enjoy a fun date night.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at anytime by or before the deadline. We will also include QR codes in your invitation! Scan and search your name as written on your Invitation, if you have a plus one fill out if they will or will not be attending as well. Lastly, you can message either Juan or Mia and let us know directly if you can make it or not.

What if I don’t RSVP on time?
Answer
If you do not RSVP by October 13th, you will be marked “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and venue and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This will mean you are not allowed to your show up to our special day, there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodation for you).

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We'll have an open bar available for a few hours during the celebration, featuring a curated selection of light drinks. Just a heads-up: the venue is about an hour away from most, so we recommend planning ahead for transportation!

Will parking be available?
Answer
Yes there will be plenty of parking through the entrance. Please do not park at the top of the hill (by the House entrance doors), parking will be on the gravel road below the venue, and we will have escorts to ride you to the entrance!

Are there any colors we should avoid?
Answer
We respectfully ask to avoid dresses or suits that are white, creams, or ivories as these colors are traditionally reserved for the bride.
