Airports

There are two recommended airports to fly into for this event. The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is a large airport with many available flight options. It is ideal if you intend to stay in the city. The commute to Santa Clarita from LAX is approximately 45 minutes, but can range up to 120 minutes during rush hour. The Burbank Airport (BUR) is smaller, however closer to the ceremony. This option is ideal if you're staying in the Santa Clarita area. The commute to Santa Clarita from BUR is approximately 25 minutes, but can range up to 50 minutes during rush hour.

Hotel Lexen Santa Clarita Valencia Near Six Flags This hotel is approximately a 10-15 minute drive to the welcome event, ceremony, and reception. It is in downtown Newhall, a quaint suburb of Los Angeles. If you're looking for a quiet place to retreat without compromising walkability to convenient amenities, this neighborhood is wonderful option.

Staying in Santa Clarita for the wedding weekend is recommended; However, if you wish to stay in the heart of Los Angeles, we recommend areas such as West Hollywood, Echo Park/ Silver Lake, and Downtown Los Angeles. WeHo is the heart of LA's LGBTQ+ community, offering great dining, iconic events, and inclusive hotel stays. It shares a close proximity to Melrose Ave and Beverly Hills, and their famous shopping, dining, and entertainment amenities. Echo Park and Silver Lake are trendy, artsy neighborhoods that give visitors a unique, local feel of LA. Known for their eclectic mix of cafes, boutique shops, and vibrant street art, both areas offer a laid-back vibe with a strong creative spirit. Both neighborhoods provide a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for visitors wanting an authentic LA experience. Downtown Los Angeles shares a convenient proximity to LAX. With it's beautiful skyline view, and gorgeous rooftop restaurants, it's as close to "New York", as it gets in LA. If you're a city lover, or just want to stay close to the airport for a quick exit, this neighborhood is a great place to stay.

If you are traveling from out of town, we recommend a rental car for your overall stay, especially if you are attending multiple events. In the interest of your safety and experience, we recommend utilizing a ride share service to attend the ceremony and reception.
