If you are traveling from out of state, you are not expected to bring any food. However, we kindly ask that those of you who are local to bring something, as even just a small dish to share would help ensure that we have plenty to enjoy together. Your generosity would mean a lot to us!
We are thrilled to celebrate our upcoming wedding and wanted to inform you that, instead of a traditional gift registry, we will have a money tree at our reception for those who wish to bless us with a gift. If you are unable to attend, please know that you will be missed. However, if you still wish to contribute, we have set up a GoFundMe account to facilitate your generous support. We deeply appreciate any contribution, as each one, no matter the size, will make a meaningful impact. Thank you for your kindness and support. https://gofund.me/ddbf4f8c
Since Grace has been living independently for over a year, she has acquired many of the items typically featured on gift registries. Therefore, we have chosen to forgo a traditional registry and instead will have a money tree at our wedding reception, and we hope you will consider contributing to this. Thank you for your support; every donation is greatly appreciated and makes a significant impact.
After leaving the airport, drive 3 miles and turn left onto C St. Continue for another 3 miles, then turn right onto E. Sixth Ave. This road leads you out of town to Wasilla and becomes E. Parks Hwy. As you drive straight towards the venue or into Talkeetna, you'll pass through three towns—two of which are small and consist of a gas station and about 5-10 other buildings. Look for mile markers along the way. Sheep Creek Lodge and Gigglewood Lakeside Inn are near mile markers 87 and 88. The venue is close to mile marker 98, just before the Talkeetna Spur at mile marker 99. Shortly after passing mile marker 98, you'll see a large white church on the right with an electronic sign displaying "Montana Creek Baptist Church"—that is our venue! If you see a sign saying "Cubby's Marketplace" you have gone too far, make a U-turn.
