The Thompsons

Juana and Ethan have known each other since childhood. They had classes together off and on through the years of middle school, where Ethan often teased Juana in class and she’d wave hi to him in the hallways. In high school, they became good friends and would often go to the park to play soccer and hang out with their group of friends. After a few months of getting to know each other and spending time together, they began dating October 22nd of 2019 during their senior year of high school.

Ethan proposed to Juana during a very special trip up to Washington DC to visit family members Jared and Corky Scruggs. They enjoyed the weekend sight-seeing, touring, and eating lots of delicious food. During a trip to the National Gallery of Art- Ethan proposed in one of the gallery rooms! They enjoyed the rest of the weekend celebrating with Jared and Corky, and spread the news to family and friends when they returned home.
