Travel Note

Check-Mig form

Check-Mig form needs to be filled out before arriving to the airport when going to Colombia AND when you leave Colombia. This is a customs form that asks you about where you are coming from and where you are going. You will need to fill in your passport ID number, DOB, flight number and more.

Transportation

Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel/venue. The designated pick-up and drop off location for all guests will be in the front of the hotel/venue. Time is TBD. If you need to get anywhere else, we recommend an Uber. Airport to Hotel: 30 min Hotel to Venue: 1 hr and 30 min Airport to Venue: 1 hr and 30 min For Airport Arrivals: one shuttle bus to hotel/venue stay (try to schedule your plane around the bus's pickup time; if you miss the bus, you will need to Uber) For the Welcome Party: if you are staying on the venue, you will use the shuttle bus; if you are at the hotel, you will Uber. For the Day of the Wedding: shuttle buses will pick up guests in front of the hotel at a designated time. DON'T BE LATE! Bus will not wait for you! For the Night of the Wedding: for those staying at the hotel, there will be two buses leaving the venue, one before Crazy Hour starts and one at the end of the evening. For Sunday Departures: if you are staying on the venue, you will take the shuttle bus to the hotel and you will need to Uber the 30 min to the airport. If you are at the hotel, you will Uber to the airport.

Travel Note

Hacienda La Victoria

Hacienda La Victoria, Via Subachoque, Subachoque, Cundinamarca, Colombia The venue is about an hour and half away from the airport. Some of our guests will stay on the venue with us. There are cottages on site with many bedrooms. Rooming information will be given out. CHECK OUT will be Sunday, Aug 17 at 1 pm.
