Where is the wedding?
Answer
The wedding and reception will be held at Echo Mountain. Please note that the elevation is 10,650 ft (twice what Denver is), so plan to drink lots of water! Echo Mountain Ski Resort 19285 CO-103 Idaho Springs, CO 80452 *We will be providing transportation from Golden to the venue. Please see more info in the Hotel section.

Where should we stay?
Answer
We do not have a hotel block, but we will be staying at the Residence Inn listed below. The Courtyard Marriott is right next door if you prefer that instead. Also, hotels are booking fast, so please make your reservation as soon as possible. *We will be providing transportation from the Residence Inn/Courtyard parking lot to the venue for our guests. If you decide to stay at a different hotel, you will be able to park at the pickup location. What should I wear?
Answer
Our wedding is semi-formal. The ceremony will be outside and it may be cool, so plan to bring/wear at least a light jacket. LADIES: please plan to wear BLOCK HEELS or WEDGES. The venue is at a ski lodge with some stairs/floors meant for ski boots, so stilettos or thin heels are not advised.

The ceremony will begin at 5pm, so please arrive by 4:45pm at the latest.

Is there parking?
Answer
There is parking at the venue, but we will be providing transportation from Golden to the event and back. If you decide to drive/miss the bus, you are welcome to leave your car for the night but it must be picked up by 10am on Sunday. Also, please let us know if you DO NOT wish to use our transportation to the event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

There is absolutely no outside alcoholic beverages allowed. This includes in the parking lot. The venue is strict about this and will enforce a hefty fine. Thanks for understanding.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Yes! We have planned for everyone to bring their significant other or a guest. Please just rsvp if you will not be bringing a guest so we can adjust accordingly.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love kids and especially yours, aside from our nieces, we would prefer they stay at home. If for some reason you wouldn't be able to attend without them, please reach out to us.
