Shuttle leaves for the venue
3:45 pm

If you're using our provided transportation, the shuttle will be leaving at 3:45pm for the venue. You are welcome to park at the hotel even if you are not staying there. If you need to leave your car overnight, make sure to get a pass from either the Residence Inn or the Courtyard.
Ceremony & Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

This event is semi-formal. LADIES, please wear only wedges or block heels due to the ski floors. (No thin heels or stilettos)
Early Shuttle Leaves
8:15 pm
If you would like to leave the reception early/partied too hard, the early shuttle will be leaving at 8:15pm to drop people off at the Residence Inn.
Reception Ends and Shuttles Depart for Hotel
10:00 pm
The shuttles will be leaving at 10pm to take you back to the Residence Inn. We have a few extra seats if you didn't plan to use our provided transportation but need a ride. (Just make sure to let us know and get your car by 10am Sunday.)
