Wedding Ceremony

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes or dark colored suits and gowns are preferred. We recommend dressing for the weather accordingly. The grass may be soft, so maybe rethink those cute stilettos.
We kindly ask that you arrive to the venue at least 15 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to start. We've waited 8 years, but we want to get this thing done on time! Transportation to the venue will be made available for all guests. The Shuttle will pick up and drop off guests from the Dewberry (on the corner of Meeting Street + Charlotte Street in front of Wragg Square), the Francis Marion (on the corner of Calhoun Street and King Street), and Homewood Suites (on the Reid Street side of the hotel). If you would prefer, you can also take a quick 15 minute Uber or Lyft ride from downtown Charleston to the venue or drive yourself. Please note that the Charleston Christmas Parade is set to take place on Saturday 12/7 so there will be some road closures and heavier than usual traffic in the Downtown area.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
There will be passed hors d'oeuvres and open bars for your enjoyment. Soak in the charm of Lowndes Grove by exploring the property and taking golden hour pictures under the oak trees along the Ashley River with family and friends.
Reception

After Party
